Aspen Ridge Townhomes are ideally located in the center of Mountain Village just steps from skiing, ski school, the free gondola as well as dining, shopping and activities.

Many of the 3 bedroom villas feature a private hot tub. The location is ski-in/out or slope side for easy ski access for the entire family. These townhomes are also a great base in the summer time with a private garage in each home and quick access to golf, tennis, pickle ball, hiking and biking.

Each villa is individually decorated and all have access to a full kitchen and living room area as well as a balcony off the living room.

Bear Creek Lodge

Bear Creek Lodge in Mountain Village is beautifully situated adjacent to the Telluride Ski Resort. Built in 2000, this property is the perfect mountain destination for family reunions, weddings or group vacations. With condo properties ranging from one to four bedrooms, all include a gas fireplace and remodeled kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Lock-off rooms at the Bear Creek Lodge are also available for our guests who need a simple hotel room set-up with a bedroom and private bath.

Bear Creek Lodge offers a free shuttle to anywhere in Mountain Village as well as wireless internet, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, kids game room and a sauna. Use of the Lower Village Bypass ski run and a semi-private funicular provides access to the slopes within minutes. Parking at Bear Creek Telluride is on-site and available on a first-come, first-served basis, for $30/night.

Manitou Lodge

The Manitou Lodge is a quaint 11-room inn nestled along the San Miguel River in the town of Telluride. The property's close proximity to Town Park, the venue for world-renowned Telluride festivals, is perfect for summer guests. Manitou Lodge is also ideally located along the San Miguel river and the popular river trail. This makes for easy walking and biking and access through downtown Telluride as well as hiking trails nearby. Several of the rooms face the river with a small balcony opening up to the relaxing sounds of the San Miguel.

The close proximity to the ski lifts makes for quick and easy access to the world-class Telluride Ski Resort. Both Lift 8 and the free Gondola are within a short walk. Sledding, snow biking and ice skating are also steps away.

The Manitou Lodge has an innkeeper dedicated to the upkeep and charm of the property. A light continental breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday during season and can be enjoyed in our common kitchen or outside on the sunny deck overlooking the river.

Mountainside Inn

Please note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and we cannot guarantee availability as in years past. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, effective May 22nd, 2025, there is a $25 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in the public Silverjack garage, located .5 mile from the Inn. 

The Mountainside Inn has always been known as Telluride’s most affordable property, and offers 80 rooms with a variety of layouts. Choose from standard hotel rooms, kitchenette rooms, 1-bedroom suites with full kitchens, or a spacious three-bedroom condo with a deck and hot tub overlooking the river.

Mountainside Inn offers guests great complimentary amenities such as two outdoor hot tubs, grills, wireless internet and ice. There is also a coin-operated washer and dryer, and vending machine available for guest use.

The office is open daily; hours vary by season. Guests check in directly at the property for easy access to rooms. All units are accessed via interior hallways, which have secure overnight access.

The Mountainside Inn is pet-friendly, and with the river trail just outside your door it is easy to take a walk and enjoy the mountain views. This property is popular with all Telluride travelers who seek affordable and convenient hotels.

The River Club

Telluride Alpine Lodging has the privilege of offering the upscale experience of The River Club Telluride to discerning guests at competitive prices, for either 2-bedroom/2-bathroom or 3-bedroom/3-bathroom apartments. The River Club is located along the San Miguel River and is one of the only full-service Telluride condominium properties within the town of Telluride.

Blocks from the free Gondola, lifts, shops, and restaurants, guests will receive the comfort of a first-class Telluride condominium and all the features of a full-service hotel - at one of the best locations in town. Stays include concierge service, valet parking, in-town transportation, Telluride Airport pick-up, Wi-Fi internet, and full access to the fitness center, garden waterfall hot tub, club room, kids' recreation room, ski/snowboard valet storage and boot dryers.

The condos are appointed with the latest styling, fireplaces, fully equipped open kitchens, dining area and living room, large flat-screen HDTVs. Fine linens and plush towels grace the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each unit has its own washer and dryer.  Additional services available a la carte.

Bedding includes combinations with a king, queen, or 2 twins for each bedroom. Though specific units cannot be reserved in advance, bed arrangement requests can be met. Balconies, cribs, and pet-friendly condos may also be available. Pet fees are $30/night.

The Villas at Cortina is the Telluride Mountain Village's newest luxury project. Perched above San Joaquin Road on a private drive, Cortina offers privacy, tranquility and spectacular views, yet is only minutes from the vitality of the Mountain Village core. When ready to explore, guests can take advantage of local shuttle service Dial-a-Ride to the Gondola, market, and dinner.

Cortina offers a host of amenities, including a plunge pool, hot tub, commercial grill, owner’s lounge, gym and outdoor fireplace. Take advantage of the game room complete with ping pong table, board games, beanbag chairs, big screen TV and plenty of DVDs for movie night or to watch the Super Bowl or any other sports game. There is also a small kitchen adjacent to the game room for any catered gatherings. Enjoy some of Telluride's best ski-in/ski out access to the Sundance ski run in the winter, or hike to the top of lift #10 and take in the 360 degree jaw-dropping views. "Top-a-Ten" also offers extensive cross country skiing trails in the winter.

Each condominium at Villas at Cortina is unique when it comes to decor, however all are professionally decorated with exquisite and top of the line finishes.
