Nice hot tub next to the creek
The toilet paper is crumbly. I recommend stronger TP. We loved being near the creek and loved the hot tub and the well stocked kitchen. Parking worked like magic. I emailed you late at night to register the car parked on the street and we never had an issue with it. I would recommend however that you tell people that there is a loading zone for a car. We found it by accident which was fortunate since it was late at night and street parking was getting confusing. We were able to unload the car and get suitcases into the room before searching for longer term parking. That wasn't mentioned in emails or on the website from what I could see.

Kayleigh was so friendly and helpful! She said hello to us by name when we saw her on the property and in town! She gave us the cutest mugs and ice cream when she found out we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. My husband and I looked forward to the freshly baked cookies! I was enchanted by the sound of the San Miguel river outside our window. The location was perfect! We could walk everywhere and access trailheads easily. The Manitou Lodge is in the middle of everything. I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Manitou. We were shocked at the prices of other lodges and rentals. The price for our room was the lowest that I could find that met our needs and the room was very comfortable. Retta, the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Although the accommodations didn’t have a kitchenette as we had hoped, there was a full kitchen across the hall from us that met our needs and we had a mini frig in our room. The location was perfect for us as it was near the gondola, restaurants, and trails. The Manitou Lodge met our needs at a reasonable price.

Staff are attentive and very easy to work with. If you have a need, they are on top of it. The location is perfect for town events. We found the community room to be really nice. I like that the room came with, in addition to the normal accommodations, a fan, heater and robes (for if you want to go out to the hot tub). Each room is unique. It's also the best priced stay in Telluride.

Nice location, great views, friendly, helpful staff.
Nice stay, nice room. Parking was no problem. Shower is small, I am 6', 215 and was rubbing against the glass. A larger frame would find it difficult. Also, we made a call on the emergency line one night, got a recording. Received a call back on the way to next location a couple of days later.

Nice little place, convenient location . The unexpected pleasant surprise was the breakfast room and hostess Shellanie, we enjoyed talking with her. Screens on the big windows would be a good improvement because there wasn't A/C.

Parking is an issue
Due to the lack of parking, we will not be staying there again.We looked for parking in the ""W"" area and found nothing.We finally called and paid Alberto $20.00 to park in the dirt lot .
