To access the Manitou Lodge, guests cross the footbridge located at the end of S. Fir Street. The room consists of two levels. Upon entering the room, guests are welcomed into a cozy seating area that has a twin sleeper sofa, small vanity area, coffee maker and double doors that lead to a deck overlooking the river. The bathroom is also on this level and has a large step-in shower with a glass enclosure.
Upstairs is the lofted bedroom that has a queen Tempur-Pedic bed and a TV with Roku.
Every room at the Manitou Lodge has a mini-fridge, coffee maker, starter coffee, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and robes. There is no A/C at this property.
The Manitou Lodge has designated ski lockers, a common area kitchen and TV room, and a deck facing the river. The lodge is conveniently located right in Telluride by the San Miguel River, just two short blocks to Lift 8 and the free gondola, Main Street and Town Park.
This property can accommodate one vehicle for street parking. Parking is located in the diagonal spaces by the footbridge or around the surrounding streets. Please note - the dirt parking lot is a private lot. Manitou guests are not able to park here. If utilizing the street parking permit, please ensure you have registered your vehicle with our Guest Services team to avoid ticketing/towing. Please read and follow all posted parking signs; Alpine Lodging is not responsible for ticketing/towing.

The innkeeper Retta is awesome! This is the coziest little place and we will be back. The yummy goodies that Retta bakes are delightful. Amazing stay at the Manitou Logde!
It was a very nice experience staying at Manitou Logde operated by Alpine Lodging Telluride. The place is closely located to all downtown restaurants and attractions.. The room was clean and cozy. Awesome Telluride Experience!
What a PERFECT location and an incredible setup. 2 minute walk from downtown and to the gondola. They have it figured out here! Catered to the customer from start to finish. Breakfast extremely underrated and what a great vibe! When I come back to Telluride, I'm going to look to book here. Great place to stay!
Great place to stay right next to downtown restaurants and the Gondola. The cozy loft was perfect for our ski trip. With the riverside trail, we could ski out to the lift and ski all the way up to our locker. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Great little place!
The room was small but adequate for 1 person. It would be tight with even 2. #9 has a great view of the mountains over town and the sound of the water just outside was fabulous. Breakfast was great to have - toast, pastry, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal. You have full use of the kitchen if you want to cook anything. The only issue is the walls are a bit thin.
