Friendly, helpful person for check in. The place was clean and easy access. Was close to the hot tubs which made it nice since we used every day! Pet friendly environment as well.

Helpful Staff!
Great location. Accessible to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Parking is luck of the draw. But all of Telluride is that way.

Great Location
Loved our stay, this is our 3rd time staying here. Can’t beat the location and at a great price. The staff is very helpful and was great about providing instructions for check in after hours.

Surprisingly lovely and affordable lodging
We stayed for a wedding in June. It was the most affordable option we could find, and I was a little worried we'd be settling for something subpar, but we were very happy to find a great room. All the rooms are different, so be judicious in choosing a specific room—some face the parking lot, while others face the river, which is obviously more desirable. Bonus, the coffee in the lobby is great.

We were disappointed in the accommodations for the price/fees we paid. The room was to be a "non pet" room. It was quite obvious that a dog had been in the room. I had on black socks one evening and they were COVERED in dog hair. There was also human hair wadded up (as if pulled from a hairbrush) on the green comforter on the bed.

Great place to spend some time in Telluride
The perfect place for spending a few days in Telluride. Stevie, one of the Hotel’s representatives made the check-in process smooth and was knowledgeable on nice places to dine and the surrounding area. Our Room was in great shape, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again

Check-in staff was rude. On Saturday night I was awakened to a guest locked out of her room across the hall. She was crying and pounding on the door across from my room. I slept very little that night. I thought a budget room would fine since I just needed a place to sleep but I will pay more in the future for decent parking and a good night’s sleep. But you guys obviously don’t care about how you speak to people. Tourists are just like cattle to you. That’s how I felt.

Mountainside Inn is a gem of a place. It’s only about 200 yards to lift 7 and very walkable to Main Street. We walked everywhere and didn’t use our car once while in town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location!!!
Amazing location, right next to chair 7 and a beautiful short river walk to Gondola One and historic Telluride with all its amazing food venues. Also, this room #209 has a really nice view of the river. The place is itself is clean, spacious and comfortable with a really nice king size bed, a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The lobby next door also brews coffee daily and offers complimentary teas/apple ciders/cocoa - a nice touch. Last but not least, the Inn is very dog friendly!

Overall very nice accommodations
Reservation was easy to make, friendly office staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, all essentials for a good nights sleep. Parking was only issue, we have handicap placard and could not park close to building.

security breach
Maid entered room sometime before 10 a.m. on July 12 checkout. She removed my personal belongings and set on floor in hallway while she cleaned room. After a walk, I returned to room about 9:45 a.m. to finish packing up and found my stuff outside in hall and not secure. Maid was maybe half through cleaning room. I entered room and showed maid the clock (9:48 a.m.) and she left. She, however, had no way of knowing if this was even my room or not. This represents an unacceptable compromise of security.
