Weekly Home Inspection

We know you can't be in Telluride at all times. To ensure your home is being maintained as it should, we conduct weekly interior and exterior walkthroughs and complete a checklist. Checklists include inspections of appliances, heating, plumbing, electrical systems and much more. They're also customizable - let us know what is important to you in your home. These records are kept to ensure your home is kept up to your standards - even in your absence. All problems and other home suggestions will be reported to you by our team of local experts.
